Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and tags.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@minimwear.com from your registered email ID, including your order ID and registered phone number. Our customer service team will assist you with the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or credit your Minimwear.com account as store credits or credit points. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. You can inform us by sending images of the damaged item to hello@minimwear.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after inspecting the items. We will cover the collection cost and reshipping costs if the item is defective or damaged on delivery.

Return Shipping

We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange or refund for an order. Any additional reverse shipment charges beyond the one-time pickup will be borne by the customer. For self-shipped returns, we recommend using a reliable courier service. Please ensure that items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:
